Pierogis

A warm, hearty meal. Perfect for Winter. Also a great source of vegetables and protein.

Cook time: 20 min

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 box of pierogis

  • 1 can of green beans

  • 1 can of mixed veggies

  • 1 Kielbasa sausage

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • Cajun seasoning and onion powder to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil over medium

  2. Add veggies

  3. Slice sausage and add it to the pan

  4. Season to taste

  5. Add the pierogis and cook till browned and softened (about 8 minutes)

  6. Enjoy!
