Megan’s other involvements on campus include the Legal Advantage Program, being the Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta, the Secretary of the Student Veterans Organization, and managing Pacific Tiger Broadcasting.

She plays piano and guitar, and enjoys cooking. In 2024, she was the Political Coordinator for Kevin Lincoln’s Congressional Campaign and is grateful for the opportunity to have learned about how elections work, and the lasting friendships with her coworkers.

Prior to her time at Pacific, she was an award-winning radio host at 93.5 KWDC Stockton, and she taught piano and guitar at Clancy’s Music in Stockton.

When asked about what she looks forward to about working on The Pacifican this year, she said “As I have just finished my law school applications and am preparing to move for law school, I look forward to spending my last year in Stockton (for now) serving the city by covering stories that matter to this community. I recognize that Stockton is a news desert, and will do my best to ensure that my writing for the Pacifican provides fair and accurate coverage of this community.”
